She’s probably not going to jail, but she was charged today with on count of hit and run and one count of driving without a valid California license. If convicted of both charges, she could face up to 6 months in jail (ya, we’ve heard that before). Her ariagnment is set for October 10th.
Britney Spears was seen today visiting her lawyers office and reportedly broke into tears, reports Hollywood.TV
It just hasn’t been a good week for Brit, has it? The charges stem from the above fender bender. After the owner of the car was not contacted by Britney’s camp, they filed a report.
